  Powerscourt & Glendalough 

Your Driver/Guide will be waiting for you at your Cruise Terminal. From there you will start your 8 hour tour in your luxury private vehicle.

We will begin the day by driving south of Dublin, to Co.Wicklow (often referred to as ‘The Garden of Ireland’).Prior to our arrival at Powerscourt we will pass through the quaint village of Enniskerry.

Our first stop of the day is Powerscourt Estate. The estate is one of Ireland’s best-loved tourist attractions as it is home to a stunning country home and landscaped gardens, championship golf course a stunning waterfall and a 5 star luxury hotel.

As we leave Powerscourt we will continue south to Glendalough. We will visit historic round towers and Celtic crosses which will provide you with a true insight into the workings of an early Christian monastery.

Glendalough is know as ‘the valley of 2 lakes’. It is surrounded by dense forests and picturesque streams and is the epitome of the Ireland you have come to see.

We will then depart Glendalough for a leisurely return to Dublin Cruise Terminal.

Admission prices are not included in the tour price, a lunch stop can be arrange but the cost is not included in the tour price.

Blarney Castle & Kinsale 

The 8 hour tour begins with pick up from your cruise terminal in Cobh or Cork Harbour. Our first stop of the day is Blarney – visit the most famous castle in all of Ireland, lie back and kiss the magical Blarney Stone and get the gift of the gab. You will also have time to visit the world famous Blarney Woolen Mills , famed as the largest Irish store in the world.You can take advantage of its tax free shopping offers on quality Irish products (available in store).

We will then depart Blarney and drive through Cork city. If time permits you can visit the world famous English Market and sample the fresh, local produce.

Following this we will drive through the scenic Cork countryside to the picturesque Kinsale town and harbour.  On the way you can view the magnificent site of Charles Fort.

We will then arrive at the  historical town of Kinsale (famed for the Battle of Kinsale in 1601.) This vibrant town is perfectly situated at the mouth of the harbour and is scattered with picture post card buildings and is a food haven with numerous pubs and restaurants. This is the ideal time to sample a pint of Guinness prior to our departure back to the cruise  terminal.

KILKENNY CITY DAY TOUR

Your Driver/Guide will be waiting for you at your cruise terminal in Waterford or Dunmore East. Our first stop of the day is the medieval city of Kilkenny.

Kilkenny is a medieval city in southeast Ireland. Its grand Kilkenny Castle was built in 1195 by Norman occupiers. The town has deep religious roots and many well-preserved churches and monasteries, including imposing St. Canice’s Cathedral and the Black Abbey Dominican priory, both from the 13th century. It’s also a crafts hub, with shops along its winding lanes selling pottery, paintings and jewellery.
